“ Incredible gluten free Chinese food. No nuts, gluten, msg, most items egg free. The owner was incredibly friendly. There is a hot food section with different side options. The small was plenty for one person, and came with noodles or rice, and two stir fry dishes. There is also a frozen food section with a large variety of dishes, with all the instructions available on their website. ”

“ The best Chinese food when you have dietary, allergy or health related conditions. The food tastes authentic and delicious! We came here for lunch several times now and the food has been on point. We have some health related conditions and we need to avoid all salt and soy (high sodium) in our food. This is very difficult to do when eating out and even if you ask for low sodium at other Chinese restaurants. Soy sauce itself is high in sodium. But Coconut amino is a low sodium, gluten free alternative to soy sauce. The cook was able to do no salt and use coconut amino for us. The taste of all the dishes were still delicious while still being low sodium. I love that we found this place! Healthy, low sodium and tasty food. They are very dedicated to those with allergies or dietary restrictions. You can request a deep clean of cooking equipment if you have a severe allergy. And all the food on the menu is gluten-free. I high recommend supporting this business! ”
“ The Beansprout is the best Chinese restaurant I've been to since going gluten free 12 years ago. Hubby and I leave there with leftovers and our tummies are never bothered except for being full! The owner and staff do everything they can to meet your food needs. We go at least a couple of times a month. An email to the owner confirmed what I could have there and I have enjoyed every dish I've tried so far. They have accommodated my nightshade free diet! No other Asian restaurant has ever been able to do that and provide flavourful dishes! You have to try them! They also have prepared frozen food to go home and prepare. We're so glad we found them! ”
